Official policies governing registration, Paystack payments, 36-hour order expirations, abstract submissions, grant acceptances, and venue attendance for ASMS 2027.
Registration is complete upon receipt of full payment or official Accounts Clearance. Unpaid checkout orders automatically expire after 36 hours. Delegates with expired orders can re-initiate payment to receive a fresh checkout window.
All online payments are securely processed via Paystack Kenya. Registration fees billed in USD base prices are converted to KES at the portal exchange rate (1 USD = 130 KES). M-Pesa Express transactions require E.164 formatted phone numbers (+254...).
Abstract submissions must represent original research conducted by human researchers. Abstracts generated or altered by AI tools will be rejected. Reviewers evaluate submissions across a 4-tier theme hierarchy and provide mandatory feedback for revisions.
Grant recipients must complete their online Award Acceptance Entry form, select their accommodation at Diamonds Leisure Beach Resort & Spa, and submit confirmed flight or ground travel details prior to the deadline.
Delegates must display their official Conference Badge with Photo ID at all times. Session attendance and meal access (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) are verified via digital QR code scanner at Diamonds Leisure Beach Resort & Spa.
Cancellations requested before April 1, 2027 receive a 75% refund. Cancellations between April 1 and May 15, 2027 receive a 50% refund. Proforma Invoices and Receipts can be verified publicly using QR codes at https://africansmallmammals.org/payments/verify-invoice/<order_id>/.
