How the 15th African Small Mammal Symposium collects, secures, and handles delegate data, payment processing, QR badge verification, and communications.
We collect personal information including full name, email, E.164 phone number, institution, nationality, passport/ID, profile photo for badges, research abstracts, and travel itineraries.
Online payments are processed directly by Paystack PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. The ASMS portal does not store sensitive card PINs or CVV numbers. Customer metadata (Name, Phone, Email, Institution) is passed to Paystack for transaction verification.
Your digital badge QR code contains an encrypted token used exclusively for venue entrance, session attendance scoring, and meal redemption validation at Diamonds Leisure Beach Resort & Spa.
We send system email notifications for registration verification, payment receipts, Proforma Invoices, abstract reviewer feedback, and grant award acceptances. Emails include inline MIME CID logo headers for authenticity.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your delegate data. Archived delegate records free up email addresses while preserving audit logs.
