Card Payments & Bank Transfer

Delegates can apply for full/partial sponsorship grants. Once approved by the Evaluation Committee, recipients receive an email with a secure award token. Grantees select their preferred accommodation (Full Board) and submit their flight/travel itinerary for full sponsorship coverage.

The 15th ASMS enforces a strict Prohibition of AI-Generated Research Abstracts. Abstracts generated or modified by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools will be rejected. Abstract authors receive mandatory reviewer feedback and can edit/resubmit using secure session draft tokens.

Mandatory Reviewer Feedback: If revisions are requested by Member Reviewers, authors receive detailed feedback and can edit/resubmit using secure session draft tokens.
